Lavender Bath Salts


1/4 cup Himalayan pink sea salt

1/4 cup dried lavender flowers

1 teaspoon lavender essential oil


Add to a very warm bath and enjoy!


Rose Milk Bath


1/4 cup powdered milk

1/4 cup crushed oats or oat flour

1/4 cup Himalayan pink sea salt

1/4 cup dried rose petals


Blend ingredients together and store in a sealed glass container. 


Recipes appeared in Missouri's St. Louis Post-Dispatch in 1890.
